Role Overview As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the design of Agoda’s core guest experience—turning concepts into compelling interactions that resonate with a global audience. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to transform user research and data into high‑quality design solutions. Key Responsibilities Run discovery phases and define product requirements. Design intuitive, visually stunning, and pixel‑perfect interfaces for mobile and web. Test prototypes and iterate based on user feedback. Present design work to peers and leadership—both asynchronously and in‑person. Lead weekly design critiques, workshops, and squad meetings. Champion consistency and cohesion across Agoda’s growing product family. Shape the design vision and ensure high‑quality execution within an agile sprint. Experience & Qualifications 6+ years of full‑time product design experience for digital or web‑based products, preferably in‑house. Deep UI design expertise with a strong design pattern library. Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research, user interviews, and data‑driven insights. Ownership of the design process from discovery to delivery. Strong partnership skills with product managers and cross‑functional teams. Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process. Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders. A robust portfolio showcasing beautiful, user‑centered web and mobile product design. Bonus: experience with AI‑related products, enterprise solutions, or B2B domains. Desired Skills Effective articulation of ideas and design solutions.
