Project Manager

Responsibilities The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects involving data science, AI, and ML. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, coupled with technical expertise in AI and ML, to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful project outcomes. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Lead cross-functional teams comprising data scientists, AI / ML engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other key partners. Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of AI and ML models and solutions. Ensure the quality and accuracy of data used in AI / ML projects. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science technologies. Monitor project budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources. Identify and address any resource constraints or bottlenecks. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP certification. 5+ years of experience in project management. Strong communication, management, and leadership skills. Experience in using project management tools. Understanding of project management approaches, such as Agile and Waterfall. Experience in managing multi-specialized team members across all organizational levels. Ability to define priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
