OT Cybersecurity Training Expert

Job Description Develop comprehensive training materials, courses, and workshops focused on OT cybersecurity principles, strategies, and practical applications. Create engaging training content, including presentations, hands-on exercises, case studies, and simulations. Deliver impactful training sessions to diverse audiences, ranging from entry-level employees to senior management, adapting content as needed. Utilize effective instructional techniques, ensuring content comprehension and skill acquisition. Stay current with the evolving landscape of OT cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures. Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, tailoring training solutions to address their specific concerns. Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback, and making improvements based on results. Conduct hands-on demonstrations of various cybersecurity systems including attacks and defenses in simulated environments to illustrate concepts and enhance practical understanding.
