As a Graduate Engineer at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program, which is designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and engage in a variety of development activities.Graduate Development at GHD: GHD’s Graduate Program is aimed at developing our future leaders and technical specialists. During the course of our two-year global graduate development programme our Graduates will work with our teams’ developing skills across a wide variety of projects in the Water, Energy, Industrial, Property and Buildings sectors both in the UAE and overseas.Based in the Abu Dhabi/ Dubai office: You will get involved in a portfolio of different projects and apply your newly acquired skills in a range of environments. Your role will develop as your knowledge of our business increases.Key Responsibilities: Deliver technical assignments, work elements, work packages, and project engineering design activities under supervision.Conduct numerical analysis and prepare technical reports.Utilize software to undertake engineering design.Participate in site visits and design team meetings as required.What You Will Bring to the Team: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical) or Architecture.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development.What We Offer: We offer a professional, friendly and inclusive culture based on our core values of Safety, Teamwork, Respect and Integrity.
