Support and execute daily activities including, but not limited to, preparation, installation, repair and maintenance of TFMC products as instructed by superiors. Perform calculations and checks on- and offshore (e.g., space outs, status of equipment, test pressures). Work in a team as a professional service technician to install products and conduct repairs and/or maintenance of TFMC and other brands of equipment and maintain TFMC assets per the Service Manual. Ensure that all equipment, service tooling, backup and spare parts are on location and ready to use and fit for function prior to the start of each job. Ensure that field service reports and other associated reports are completed with all required information (timing, part and serial numbers, type of equipment, issues faced). Maintain daily communication with internal and external Company Representatives on issues including job procedures, spare parts requirements, and critical measurements; suggest safety or operational improvements. Provide sales support through quality customer interface and handle customer complaints professionally. Complete Field Non-Conformance Reports (E-FNCR) forms and communicate equipment and procedural defects to TFMC Service Coordinator. Proactively pursue safe work practices and comply with Technip FMC Quality Management System requirements; ensure smooth operations with a focus on QHSE and adherence to TFMC code of ethics. Report to the Service Project Manager on a daily basis and inform on business-critical decisions as needed; support a MOC. Act as an ambassador and identify opportunities for TFMC; continually strive to improve safety, knowledge, professionalism and customer success. Qualifications Must Have REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION: HNC/HND Mechanical Engineering or time-served apprenticeship preferably in a mechanical discipline; or formal technical/mechanical education (mechanic, hydraulics). REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Mechanical and/or hydraulic related experience; ability to read and understand procedures and drawings; understanding of safety when working with pressurized equipment. REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S): A valid Health certificate for offshore work; Safety and Emergency Training D. REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Proactive attitude, professionalism, accuracy; problem solving with a systematic approach; stress resistance; strong communication and listening skills; willingness and ability to travel abroad with flexible working times/locations; focus on quality and HES. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Excellent English language skills (written and spoken); computer skills with MS Office and email; knowledge of Surface Wellhead equipment and surface operation.
