Overview Office assistant job in El-Ain UAE for unskilled workers. We are currently seeking an Office Assistant for our El-Ain office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team.Responsibilities Provide general administrative support, including filing, answering phones, photocopying and data entry;Maintain office supplies; order new supplies when necessary;Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as keeping track of invoices;Keep accurate records of employee attendance, vacation requests, sick days, etc.;Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office;Manage incoming and outgoing mail;Answer questions from employees or clients in person or over the phone;Assist with special projects as needed.Qualifications Previous experience as an Office Assistant is preferred but not required;Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).The position is full-time with a salary of 1300 per month.
