Enjoy effortless travel, enriching experiences, and everything you need to feel at home in the heart of Dubai.Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities.Lead and motivate spa therapists and attendants to deliver outstanding service.Develop innovative spa treatments, packages, and promotions.Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.Manage budgets, inventories, and ensure profitability of the spa.Build strong relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.Qualifications Previous leadership experience in spa and wellness management.Preferably with IHG brand experience.Currently based in the UAE.Strong knowledge of spa treatments, trends, and wellness practices.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.Benefits We give our people everything they need to succeed.
