Project Manager

Overview The Project Manager will oversee and manage the successful execution of multiple service station and related construction projects from contract award to completion and final handover. The role ensures projects are delivered within scope, time, cost, quality, and safety standards in alignment with corporate strategies and ADNOC requirements. The Project Manager will act as a key representative of the company, liaising with internal departments, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to achieve project objectives.Key Responsibilities Assist the Projects Management and Construction Department Manager in meeting departmental goals aligned with corporate strategies and balanced scorecards.Manage the implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, scope of work, quality standards, and financial requirements.Uphold health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards at project sites and coordinate with the HSE division for inspections and compliance.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.Conduct regular site inspections, technical review meetings, and progress discussions with stakeholders.Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the fit-out or facility management industries.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Valid UAE driving license.Pioneer IPMC was established to provide integrated Project Management Consultancy Services across a wide range of sectors and industries.
