Taking care of overall Facility & Admin activities.Daily, Weekly, Monthly technical check per PPM schedule.Attending TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair works.Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.Energy consumption reading.DG maintenance.Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders.Support production by working safely and customer-focused.Refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment like Trolley, Cages, Carts.Regular checks of Fire Alarm & Fire extinguishers.Maintenance, oiling, greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, rolling shutters.Attend to regular Electrical works.Issue height work, hot work permits.Attend Civil & Plumbing Corrective maintenance calls.Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases & RCA, incident reports.Update tools inventory using EAM tool.Follow PPM schedule maintenance as per EAM/PPM schedule.Manage Soft services activities like Pest control, Housekeeping, Waste disposal.Handle agency staff & overall shift management.Key job responsibilities Perform planned preventative and reliability-centered maintenance on electrical systems, including testing of Low-Voltage circuit breakers, proprietary systems, Medium Voltage and Low Voltage relays and transformers.React quickly to breakdowns, communicate effectively, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.Support continuous improvement through feedback and suggestions.Assist in change operations, including inventory shelving adjustments and cleaning.Monitor Heat index and coordinate HVAC repairs.Plan and execute maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers and associated components.Work with Building Management System and components like damper valves, servo actuators, BACnet protocols.Supervise contractor work for PEB structure audit and repair.Coordinate work permits with WHS team and review critical spares inventory.Maintain facilities like washrooms, cafeteria, driver rooms, and reception areas.A day in the life Problem solve PLC code, fieldbus IO, and SCADA systems.Understand Warehouse Control Systems and Telegrams.Build, commission, or troubleshoot Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Panels.Understand integrated MHE conveyor systems and process flows.Knowledge of industrial communication protocols like Profi Bus, Profi Net, Ethernet IP.Experience with Barcode recognition technology.Read and update electrical schematics, SOPs, and documentation.Analyze metrics for system and machine optimization.Participate in Change Management processes.Lead controls-related issue resolution within shift teams.Experience with commissioning machinery and understanding of safety regulations.Basic IT knowledge including IP Networking, Server Architecture, SQL Databases.Work as part of controls or electrical project teams.Basic Qualifications & Experience Lead facility cleanliness, maintenance, and soft services quality assurance.Develop cleaning schedules and manage vendor relationships.Oversee chemical, waste protocols, and pest management programs.Manage system documentation and housekeeping equipment.Implement and monitor cost control and improvement initiatives.Maintain horticulture or green areas.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSB.E. or B.Tech. in Electrical or Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSB.E. or B.Tech. in Electrical or Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial office, service, facilities management, or warehouse industries.Amazon promotes an inclusive culture.
