Job Summary Zurich Workplace Solutions (ZWS), part of Zurich International, is based in the DIFC’s International Financial Centre. We provide localized workplace savings solutions that offer flexibility and control, contributing positively to long-term financial security.ZWS manages the DIFC Employee Workplace Savings plan (DEWS), a progressive end-of-service benefit plan introduced in 2020.To support our expansion, we’re seeking a dynamic and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our IT department. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Business Transformation, you will support both front-end and back-end development, understanding existing software and APIs, and designing new solutions for Zurich customers.Job Accountabilities Connect to databases using EF Core Manage database schemas with EF Core migrations Develop software following a test-driven approach Address issues identified by security scanning tools (Sonar Qube, API Right)Test Web APIs via Postman Manage APIs via Mulesoft or similar tools Implement user authentication/authorization via OAuth flows Design, code, and maintain mobile/web application user experiences end-to-end Optimize code for performance, stability, and maintainability Collaborate with cloud engineers, UI developers, QA, and Dev Ops teams Leverage native APIs for deep platform integrations Diagnose and fix bugs and performance issues Engage with the open-source community for critical software fixes Measure product success with key metrics Deploy React Native applications to Apple App Store and Google Play Store Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology with 5+ years of experience in client-side or mobile application development Knowledge of insurance, corporate savings, pensions, or end-of-service benefits is strongly preferred Experience working in international and diverse cultural organizations is beneficial Project Skills Experience working in Agile environments Ability to manage tasks and estimate effort within sprints Participation in sprint ceremonies Technical Skills Primary: MVC 5.0, C#, Web APIs, Asp.Net, .Net Framework, TFS, Java Script, j Query, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Bootstrap, JSON, Postman, HTML, CSSSecondary: AJAX, MS Azure, Azure Dev Ops, CI/CDRetail Mobile App: React Native JS, Java Script, Web APIs, MS SQL, MS Azure, Play Store, App Store, JSON, Postman, HTML, CSSSoft Skills Understanding of design principles and user experience to bridge code and UICustomer-centric mindset Problem-solving skills Effective communication in English Quick learner and proactive attitude Additional Details Location: Dubai, UAERemote working: No Schedule: Full Time Recruiter: Taniya Baby Hiring Manager: Nazrin Veerankutty Closing Date: 29 August 2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
