The individual will manage IT changes throughout their lifecycle, from submission to completion and closure of the change request. They will also review changes to facilitate Post Implementation Reviews (PIR), analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement in future implementations.What you will do: Change Management• Ensure all activities related to implementing changes comply with standards and policies.• Attend CAB meetings to oversee change reviews.• Ensure changes are implemented orderly to achieve expected results without service disruption and within agreed timeframes.• Assist in scheduling changes to align with business calendars and avoid conflicts.• Conduct timely risk analyses for all new and changed services.• Promote adoption of the change management process and provide necessary tool training.• Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to define change requirements.• Maintain a forward schedule of changes and downtime across all geographies.• Conduct PIR of implemented changes.• Drive adoption of standard solutions across regions.• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards, and manage key risks.Other Key Responsibilities• Provide test analysis support as required.• Liaise with IT managers and stakeholders for collaboration.• Contribute to solutions and process improvements.Required Skills to be successful: UAE national University degree in Computer Science About the Team: You will report to the Head of ITSM & Co EWhat equips you for the role: College or university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline One year's experience in Change Management is advantageous Domain expertise in Change Management, with understanding of ITIL and ISO 20000 standards Analysis and troubleshooting skills for end-user support We’re here to provide excellent service, and your contribution can ensure a five-star candidate experience from start to finish.Before clicking “apply,” please read the job description carefully to confidently demonstrate why this opportunity is right for you.
