We provide easy, reliable, and fast company formation services through our network of Professional Partners and Government Authorities.Job Description Job Overview The Gym Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all gym members and IFZA employees. This role includes providing basic assistance to gym users, monitoring equipment usage, enforcing facility rules, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the gym area.Main Responsibilities Greeting members and IFZA employees in a friendly and professional manner Monitoring the gym floor to ensure the proper and safe use of equipment Providing basic guidance on equipment operation and enforcing facility rules Ensuring cleanliness of the gym and changing facilities, including wiping down machines, organizing weights, and replenishing cleaning supplies Reporting broken or malfunctioning equipment to the maintenance team or supervisor Promoting a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment at all times Supporting front desk operations such as member check-ins and towel distribution Replenishing water stations and other amenities as required Assisting in setting up and breaking down equipment for fitness classes or special events Performing opening and closing procedures based on the shift schedule Carrying out other duties as assigned by management to support overall gym operations Requirements Good English communication skills; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and gym safety practices Knowledge of chemical cleaning procedures and operating standard cleaning equipment Strong attention to detail and maintaining efficiency without compromising quality Ability to manage time effectively and exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude and ability to adapt well to different personality types Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment International team (over 50 nationalities)24 annual leave days Annual flight home Life insurance plan Medical insurance plan (with the option to upgrade at your own cost)Invitations to participate in various company functions, staff events, and department team-building events Opportunities to learn, develop, and grow with the organization Being part of a motivated team and Moving-Forward-Company-Culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
