Senior Sales Executive

Our client is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive growth across the UAE and neighboring markets, leveraging deep industry expertise in paints, coatings, or construction.Responsibilities : Drive Revenue Growth : Achieve sales targets by generating leads, converting competitive accounts, and promoting new technologies across the assigned region.Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their needs through a consultative sales approach.Sales Operations & Reporting : Ensure accurate CRM updates, report on sales performance and competitive activity, and align with ERP and CFO guidelines for process improvements.Compliance & Support : Adhere to QHSE and legal standards, provide technical support, and escalate customer challenges when necessary.Qualifications : A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Paint Technology), Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, or an equivalent qualification is required.Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in the Industrial, Paints, Coatings, or Building Construction sectors.Must have prior experience managing sales across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Yemen.A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.We appreciate the interest of all applicants; however, only those who meet the specified criteria will be contacted.Thank you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
