You will lead both Direct and Partner Sales outside the UAE, building and managing high-performing teams to meet ambitious targets. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will identify and evaluate new market opportunities, shape go-to-market plans and collaborate across teams to expand our global footprint.Main responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our global presence Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and collaborators to drive customer acquisition and retention Identify new business opportunities and market trends, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making Lead the entire Sales lifecycle, from prospecting and leading generation to negotiation and successful project implementation Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align Sales strategies with overall organizational objectives Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing global Sales team, setting clear objectives and KPIs for success Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape, providing strategic guidance to the organization Representing the company at global events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and foster industry connections Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and offerings that meet the evolving needs of clients in global markets Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, maximize efficiency, and streamline operations Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within the Sales team Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders on best practices Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, adjusting as needed to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in all interactions with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders Qualifications & skills Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior-level Sales roles, with a focus on global markets Experience in both Partner Sales and Direct Sales Proven track record in entering new markets and successfully developing and executing respective sales strategies Proven track record of success in building and leading global Sales teams Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with market dynamics and customer requirements Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners Hands-on, problem-solving, and decision-making leadership style A true networker - both internally as well as with external stakeholders - with integrity and loyalty Ability to travel globally is needed to meet business objectives.Why Join Us?This is a rare opportunity to lead global sales expansion for a fast-scaling, commercially aggressive business.
