Service Account Officer (UAE National Only)Join to apply for the Service Account Officer (UAE National Only) role at Citi.This role offers an opportunity to be at the heart of a global financial institution, leading a Customer Service team that handles customer service activities.By joining Citi, you become part of a global organization committed to serving as a trusted partner, providing responsible financial services that foster growth and economic progress.What You’ll Do Manage client accounts by reviewing customer needs and engaging proactively to understand and resolve issues.Execute daily customer service activities in compliance with Citi’s policies, ensuring client inquiries and issues are resolved, and providing ongoing support.Advise clients to enhance relationships by mobilizing additional funds and promoting products/services.Review product penetration, identify potential clients for tailored products, and ensure all relationships are covered through regular engagement.Ensure compliance with risk, operational, and regulatory standards, including KYC/AML norms.Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and reduce cycle times and costs.Drive digitization efforts by preparing clients for digital adoption.Assess risks associated with business decisions, maintain audit readiness, and escalate control issues transparently.What We’ll Need From You3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service.Knowledge of basic banking products such as deposit accounts, credit cards, and time deposits.Effective communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.Proactive, self-driven, and able to work well with cross-functional teams.High level of initiative, integrity, and good time management.Development Value This role offers training, product knowledge, and exposure to UAE and global clients, providing a platform for career growth towards Relationship Manager roles.Additional Details Job Family Group: Customer Service Job Family: Service Type: Full-time Citi is an equal opportunity employer.
