This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead strategic marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of properties, driving brand excellence and market growth on a global scale.About the Role As Corporate Director of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate brand positioning and drive engagement across local, regional, and international markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead a high-impact team and collaborate with top-tier agencies, influencers, and partners to deliver compelling campaigns and experiences.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that position the brand as a market leader.Lead advertising, direct marketing, sponsorships, and event initiatives with creativity and precision.Manage media relations, press releases, and brand representation across all channels.Drive market intelligence efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.Cultivate strong relationships with industry peers, agencies, and stakeholders.Oversee budget planning and ensure maximum ROI on marketing investments.Requirements A minimum of 10+ years in marketing within a multinational hospitality environment.Proven experience in corporate and multi-property marketing leadership.Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.A strategic thinker with a flair for innovation and stakeholder engagement.Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (MBA or MSc in Marketing preferred).Familiarity with the GCC market is a plus.What's in it for you This is a fantastic opportunity to lead transformative marketing efforts in a fast-paced, globally connected industry.
