Head of Fund Administration
Description
In this role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of client relationships and the delivery of fund administration services to a diverse client base. The role involves leading and overseeing client integration, conversions, and strategic projects. Working closely with the commercial team and stakeholders across the organization, you will contribute to the ongoing development, refinement, implementation of, and adherence to best practice controls and processes in line with IQ-EQ's mission, culture, and values.This is a key role in client relationships and requires significant interaction at a senior level (CFO, Director of Finance, Head of Investor Relations), acting as the main contact and escalation point for high-profile engagements.Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance client relationships by monitoring and developing service level agreements, providing comprehensive service and product offerings.Leverage existing client relationships to secure new business and promote IQ-EQ's products and services.Facilitate presentations to existing and prospective clients, including system demonstrations, in partnership with other stakeholders.Identify new growth opportunities by understanding industry and regulatory environments, and being attentive to industry changes and business trends.Visit clients regularly to evaluate service quality and understand client priorities.Oversee the resolution of complex client issues in collaboration with internal departments.Ensure continuous risk assessment of current and potential funds under administration.Identify issues and concerns, and recommend company-wide solutions for high-risk projects.Manage operational risk through monthly reporting on status and key issues to external clients and the executive management team.Qualifications: Deep understanding of Private Equity, close-ended fund structures, and the fund administration industry.Knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements related to funds.8-10 years of experience in fund accounting and a professional degree in accounting or finance.Knowledge of e-Front and/or Paxus is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Additional Information: Sustainability is central to our strategy and operations.
