As a Graduate Engineer at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and engage in various development activities.Graduate Development at GHDGHD's Graduate Program aims to develop our future leaders and technical specialists.During our two-year global graduate development program, our graduates work with teams across the Water, Energy, Industrial, Property, and Buildings sectors, both in the UAE and overseas. Your contributions will positively impact the environment and communities.While learning about our business, values, team, and yourself, you will develop decision-making, communication, technical, and leadership skills.We offer mentoring, development activities, on-the-job experience, exposure to diverse projects, and support towards gaining chartered status within your field.Based in Abu Dhabi/Dubai offices You will work on various projects, applying your skills in different environments.
