As Course Leader of the Post Graduate Courses in the Fashion Business Area, you will be responsible for ensuring the teaching of the assigned lessons according to the scheme shared by the academic department and the Director of Education.You will also be responsible for the development and management of the assigned teaching courses, in particular the Master in Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, according to prescribed scientific and quality standards, guaranteeing compliance with CAA requirements.In coordination with the Director of Education, you will collaborate in managing the assigned courses, contributing to achieving the expected scientific standards and quality/accreditation requirements.You will work with the Director of Education in managing programmes and faculty for the assigned courses, including industry projects, student advising, tutor scouting, and transfer student evaluation.You will collaborate to ensure the quality of the students' learning experience through monitoring and tutoring activities.You will develop your curriculum vitae according to local regulations and contribute to the School's research strategy.The position will be available from September 2025Key purpose of the job Teaching and Courses Management Guarantee the teaching of the assigned courses for BA, MA, and Training courses. Coordinate the Postgraduate programs in your area, focusing on course development, quality, academic documentation, and supervision according to CAA standards. Support the Director of Education in maintaining accreditation and achieving educational targets. Collaborate on course design and construction.Faculty Management Support Serve as the primary contact for faculty, monitor their teaching quality, and support their scientific development per CAA standards. Assist in identifying and training new lecturers.Students Tutoring & Supervision Act as the main contact for students, support their training, and promote successful completion. Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings for tutoring and supervision, supervise thesis activities, and ensure student feedback collection.Academic & Industry Projects Support the identification and management of academic projects with luxury industries and design studios. Promote school activities and collaborations at events like open days and career services.R&D Activities Foster research culture among faculties, integrate research into curricula aligned with Istituto Marangoni's mission and industry needs, and contribute two research papers to the school's research strategy.Educational and Professional Requirements Ph D in the relevant area is mandatory Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at an international university level Strong international experience in fashion and luxury brand management Experience teaching students of various age groups and skill levels (undergraduate and postgraduate)Experience creating educational materials and extracurricular activities Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking Research skills and a research-oriented teaching approach Strong networking skills within the luxury fashion or design industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
