The candidate must have a clean driving record with no fines or black points. As an Executive Driver, responsibilities include providing high-level administrative support along with driving and transportation services. Experience driving luxury cars. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage executive schedules including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Handle correspondence including emails and phone calls. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. Driving and Transportation: Drive high-end brand cars. Provide reliable and safe transportation for executives and staff. Ensure vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and good working condition. Plan efficient routes to optimize travel time. Handle minor vehicle issues and coordinate with maintenance services. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; familiarity with local traffic laws and routes. Discreet, reliable, and capable of handling sensitive information. Proficient in office software and communication tools.
