The Candidate will lead the development and growth of the LFP/WFP business across the CME (Canon Middle East) markets by fulfilling the role of product champion for all business development, marketing, and sales activities in cooperation with EMBU Sales Team, Marcoms & Partners. The Candidate will be responsible for promoting Canon Products & Solutions awareness and profile across the regions via events, PR, Marcoms activities, internal promotion, and partner collaboration. He/She will also be responsible for designing action plans for country support and regional marketing/sales activity to stimulate market awareness and sales achievement. The candidate will also be responsible for: Market Analysis and Strategy Analyze market situations per country on issues such as Market Size, Competition, Activities, Market Pricing, and general market developments, using local partners and external market research companies when appropriate. Use this analysis to formulate local sales strategies and design business plans in collaboration with Area sales teams. Develop action plans for country support and regional marketing/sales activities aligned with budget guidelines to stimulate awareness and sales. Monitor Canon Ma Sh (Market Share) in individual countries and prepare Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis periodically. Pricing / Product Positioning Decide product pricing and positioning based on the competitive landscape. Support negotiation with EMBU to achieve required pricing. Assist the Area Sales team with Tender pricing, Key accounts, and Special deals. Manage Tender Pipeline in coordination with Area sales. Product Launch & Promotion Coordinate planning and scheduling of new product launches to support timely and successful market entry. Manage the Product Life Cycle from Launch to End of Life through strategies, promotions, and schemes. Drive strategic product targets aligned with management direction. Product Training & Development Attend training courses on nominated products and conduct local training for internal teams and Canon distributors. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records. Sales & Marketing Budget Establish and agree on sales targets and marketing plans with the Area Sales team. Monitor monthly sales performance and take remedial actions as needed. GP (Gross Profit) Management Monitor and control GP through tracking promotion pricing and tender deals, coordinating with sales groups and support teams. Marketing & Business Development Activities Plan, manage, and coordinate market development activities within company guidelines and budgets. Coordination with HQ Maintain continuous communication with HQ regarding budgets, support, product launches, performance management, and reports. What we ask English/Arabic speaker. Excellent analytical skills and a logical mind. Motivation to learn new technologies. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly. Previous Experience/Education Relevant knowledge and experience, with the ability to relate technical info to non-technical audiences. Experience in formal training or coaching techniques preferred. Strong communication skills in written and spoken form. Professional appearance and attitude. Familiarity with MS Office applications. You will need: Drive for Results Customer Focus Business Acumen Effective Communication Planning & Organizing Further Information Valid UAE driving license. Willingness to travel abroad and work away from home. Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure. Flexibility to respond to travel needs at short notice.
