Job Details Banking / Fund Finance Associate – Dubai A leading international law firm seeks a mid-level banking & finance associate to join its award‑winning finance practice in Dubai. The team advises on market‑defining transactions across the MENA region, with expertise spanning fund finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, Islamic finance and restructuring.The Role Working on a wide range of high‑profile mandates, you will handle complex cross‑border financing transactions under English and UAE law for leading corporates, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and major financial institutions.
