Task• Strategy & Planning: Support the Corporate Development & Strategy manager in conceptualizing and executing strategic projects, including the regionalization and monitoring of the global PAG strategy, while developing strategic focus topics that support company goals. Support with preparation and alignment of strategic presentations for the CEO at key internal and external events, meetings and committees.• Business Operations: Organize strategic meetings on executive level, such as Ex Com workshops, board visits, networking events, company-wide town halls, including moderating, minuting, setting and distributing agendas and assigning and following up on tasks. Support the CDS Manager with the preparation of presentations for the abovementioned meetings. Further contribute to smooth CEO Office operations by leading procurement, compliance and risk processes.• Project Management: Support the steering of selected key projects with strategic relevance for the company success using existing reporting tools to track key milestones and progress. This includes following up with key stakeholders to drive timely delivery of key project deliverables and providing status updates to the CEO to increase transparency.• CEO Assistance: You manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the CEO including diary management, gatekeeping, prioritizing tasks and ensuring the CEO is in the right place at the right time with the right information.Qualifications Qualifications Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business or a related field.• 3 to 4 years experience in a chief of staff, strategy or consulting role, preferably in the automotive or luxury retail environment.• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset; able to translate business goals into actionable initiatives.• Strong customer first mindset, experienced in senior c-suite managing stakeholders.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel & Power Point).• Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive results.• Self-driven and motivated, able to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.High level of proficiency in English.For more detail, salary and company information, use the apply link #J-18808-Ljbffr
