Description
Purpose: Execute brand strategy and tactics in field sales performance, effectively manage assigned territory and targeted accounts, build strong customer relationships, and customer needs solving capability to maximize short and long-term sales performance. Place the patient at the center of efforts and operate within Abb Vie's business code of conduct policies and all applicable laws and regulations.Responsibilities: Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet or exceed those objectives.Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation to continuously improve sales performance.Handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns effectively, and consistently gain logical and reasonable calls to action to close sales.Proactively serve customer needs, expectations, and challenges to build trusted relationships and achieve win-win agreements between Abb Vie and customers.Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics, optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers, maximizes access and sales opportunities.Build understanding of customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical and sales expertise. Share this market intelligence with the in-field team, brand team, and sales manager to align, anticipate environmental changes, and optimize brand strategy.Differentiate Abb Vie's value proposition with health providers, develop and maintain disease state experts, speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies.At least 3 years of experience as a Product Specialist in a multinational pharmaceutical environment.Relevant industry experience, ideally in biotechnology and/or pharmaceuticals, preferably Neuroscience.Fluency in English and Arabic.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Practical knowledge of HCPs and disease area requirements.Good understanding of market challenges and opportunities.Strong ethics and integrity, teamwork capabilities.Curiosity, willingness to learn and improve.Additional Information: Abb Vie is an equal opportunity employer committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives, serving communities, and embracing diversity and inclusion.
