Description

1.Assist the Associate Director of Operations with Facilities Planning Management, including data entry tasks and direct liaison with our corporate partnership team2.Provide administrative and coordination support to team.3.Perform various administrative duties, such as preparing and printing participant badges and pancartes, hard copy certificates, and course materials.4.Manage the material stock inventory tracking and collaborate with the campus services team for storage optimization5.Prepare and issue e-certificates to participants upon programme completion.6.Handle requests for raising Purchase Requisitions for local vendors and assist with new vendor creation in the company internal portal.7.Manage the logistics of material shipments for overseas programmes.8.Coordinate group accommodation requests with local partner hotels when required.9.Participate in internal projects to enhance processes, improve knowledge-sharing, and boost work efficiency and quality while maintaining a focus on prudent programme expense management.Requirements1.Degree level or equivalent.2.A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in administrative roles.3.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.4.Proficient in IT tools with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.5.Detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive.6.Highly organized, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage urgent tasks efficiently.7.Capable of working independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.8.Demonstrates discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
