As Marketing Manager, you will own end-to-end marketing and prime customer engagement for the program. The scope of the role is to drive growth of the service in UAE and KSA, scale prime customer penetration, and influence retention and shopping frequency. The role owns the content experience across all customer touchpoints both on-site and off-site. This includes content ideation, customer acquisition and retention planning, cost management, and development, with high complexity, detail, and responsibility.Key to success will be the ability to utilize customer insights and data to develop relevant content, marketing programs, design cohort tests, and quickly scale successful initiatives. The individual must excel in managing cross-functional efforts and partnering with product teams, customer experience, analytics, marketing, and traffic teams.Key job responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop marketing strategy for the Fresh business Create annual and quarterly marketing plans Set KPIs and growth targets Manage budget planning and allocation Track performance and optimize campaigns Customer Growth & Acquisition Drive customer acquisition strategies Understand customer behavior and cohorts Design and execute promotional campaigns Manage customer retention programs Analyze and improve customer lifetime value Analytics & Reporting Monitor key business metrics Analyze campaign performance Track ROI on marketing spend Create executive-level reports Identify growth opportunities through data analysis Campaign Management Execute multi-channel campaigns Plan for seasonal events Oversee creative direction Manage campaign calendar Product Marketing and Branding Develop strategies for new product launches Plan category expansion Coordinate seasonal promotions Communicate Fresh-specific value propositions Cross-functional Leadership Collaborate with Retail, Operations, Tech, Finance, and PR teams Engage with senior leadership BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of professional marketing experience Experience using data and metrics for improvements Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables)Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Native Arabic speaker Experience in UAE and Saudi markets PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with customer research and data-driven decision making Experience with email, web analytics, and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)Experience in Quick Commerce or E-commerce industry Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
