BIM Modeller - Abu Dhabi

Eram Talent is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. As an independent Talent Acquisition company, we specialize in providing top-tier recruitment solutions for various industries, including construction and engineering. The BIM Modeller will play a crucial role in developing detailed and accurate building information models (BIM) that support all phases of the construction process.If selected, work location will be Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities: Create and manage detailed 3D models using BIM software applications Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and integrity Develop construction documents and 2D drawings from 3D models Conduct clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts in the design phase Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle Support project managers and design teams in BIM-related tasks and standards implementation Participate in project meetings and contribute insights on model performance Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM modelling Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD)Strong understanding of construction processes and standards Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Strong collaboration and communication skills Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently #J-18808-Ljbffr
