Host/Hostess - Car Showroom

We are looking for a Host / Hostess- Car Showroom to create a welcoming and professional first impression for our valued customers and guests. If you're service-oriented and enthusiastic about the automotive world, read on.Key Responsibilities Customer Reception & Experience Greet visitors promptly and warmly as they enter the showroom Direct customers to the appropriate sales consultants or service area Manage guest flow to ensure minimal wait times and high satisfaction Offer refreshments and maintain a clean, inviting reception area Administrative Support Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules Handle incoming calls and route inquiries professionally Support the sales and service team with basic clerical tasks Keep track of showroom materials, brochures, and hospitality supplies Showroom Coordination Coordinate showroom events, test drive schedules, and VIP visits Ensure displays and seating areas are tidy and well-stocked Report any maintenance or facility issues to the relevant team Provide feedback on customer comments and areas for improvement Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills Strong verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic scheduling tools Punctual, courteous, and attentive to detail High school diploma or equivalent Salary & Benefits: Competitive Salary: 3,000 AED to 3,500 AEDWork Visa sponsorship Medical insurance30 days of paid annual leave Supportive team culture in a premium automotive environment Work Arrangement: Type: Full-time, on-site position Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available.
