The group partners with over 200 global brands and emphasizes values of respect, excellence, collaboration, and integrity.Overview of the Role Manages, balances, and analyzes demand and supply across the supply chain using advanced analytical and statistical techniques. Develops and executes end-to-end product demand and supply plans across all channels in the GCC region, collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Store Operations. Responsible for forecasting accuracy, inventory planning, and continuous process improvements. Implements and utilizes the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align global efforts with ACE and Homeworks standards.What You Will Do Forecast demand, inventory, and multi-channel sales; generate supply plans meeting financial objectives; evaluate risks and implement contingency plans.Create baseline forecasts; maintain data integrity in forecasting tools; communicate forecasts internally.Conduct monthly forecast updates and address demand issues promptly.Utilize AI/ML techniques for forecasting and demand planning.Plan and monitor replenishment across distribution centers, stores, and online channels.Maintain capacity plans in collaboration with Logistics and Store Operations.Adjust replenishment parameters and lead times to business needs.Lead supply planning processes; analyze trends affecting product launches, promotions, and customer behavior.Define forecast and replenishment processes for new product introductions to prevent over/under-stocking.Provide supply planning expertise for new product commercialization and inventory issues.Build supply planning best practices across the business, optimizing inventory and capacity policies.Implement and manage monthly S&OP cycles with relevant departments.Monitor stock aging and develop liquidation strategies with the Buying team.Assist in budget development and cost-efficiency initiatives.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for team members.Enforce company rules and regulations.Required Skills Proficiency in SAP & JDA; experience with planning software and merchandise management systems preferred.Strong analytical skills.Ability to influence in a matrix environment with multiple functions.Effective team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of planning experience; Master’s preferred.Knowledge of demand & supply planning and supply chain processes.Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and statistical modeling tools.We encourage you to read the full job description carefully and prepare a personalized CV to showcase your fit for this role.
