Specification and Document Analysis Analyze project specifications, BOQs, addendums, and post-tender clarifications to ensure thorough understanding of client requirements.2. Proposal Preparation Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals in response to client inquiries, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, commercial terms, project requirements, and SESMC capabilities.3. Pre-Bid Engagement Participate in pre-bid meetings and negotiations with the Team Lead to clarify client requirements and address any concerns or ambiguities.4. Client Relationship Management Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and respond to requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.5. Pricing and Margin Management Prepare detailed pricing and margin sheets for General Manager’s review and signature, ensuring proposals are both competitive and profitable.6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, procurement, planning, and project execution teams to gather necessary inputs and ensure timely, high-quality proposal submissions.7. Supplier and Subcontractor Coordination Solicit and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and ensure compliance with project specifications.8. Contract Review and Compliance Review and revise contract terms, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and proactively manage contract changes or disputes.9. Customer Feedback and Survey Management Oversee customer surveys and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.10. Regulatory and Policy Compliance Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including those related to procurement, contracting, and data protection.11. Reporting and Analysis Provide regular reports on the status of tenders, contracts, and projects.
