The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive mental health care to children and adolescents offering diagnostic evaluations therapy and medication management in a culturally sensitive environment.Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans- Provide psychotherapy and medication management for children and adolescents- Collaborate with families educators and healthcare professionals- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records- Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to a team-based care model Qualifications & Requirements- Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry or Child & Adolescent Psychiatry- Valid license or eligibility for licensing with Kuwait MOH- Minimum 3 years of experience in child psychiatry- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Female candidates only as per clinic policy- Arab nationality preferred What We Offer- Competitive salary of KWD 1500- Attractive commission structure- Annual air ticket to home country- Private health insurance- Supportive and culturally diverse work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
