The English Lead Teacher is responsible for: Leading curriculum planning, promoting instructional excellence, and mentoring teachers within the English department. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred), a valid teaching license, and a minimum of five (5) years of full-time teaching experience.The candidate should have a strong background in instructional leadership, curriculum planning, and teacher mentorship. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, support, and guide both students and colleagues. Experience in American curriculum schools is considered an advantage.For non-native English speakers, a minimum overall IELTS score of 7 is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
