English Lead Teacher

The English Lead Teacher is responsible for: Leading curriculum planning, promoting instructional excellence, and mentoring teachers within the English department. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred), a valid teaching license, and a minimum of five (5) years of full-time teaching experience.The candidate should have a strong background in instructional leadership, curriculum planning, and teacher mentorship. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, support, and guide both students and colleagues.
