Legal Secretary

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking to recruit a skilled Legal Secretary to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to fee earners across various practice areas, within a fast-paced and professional environment.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong diary management skills, communicate confidently with clients and colleagues, and effectively support a range of administrative and billing processes.The firm offers excellent benefits and supports a hybrid working model.Responsibilities Manage diary scheduling, including meeting arrangements, conference calls, and client liaison.Coordinate travel arrangements and process related expenses, ensuring diaries are accurately maintained.Proofread and format legal documents to ensure accuracy.Handle internal and client calls confidently, taking accurate messages and following up as required.Assist with billing processes, including preparation of bills, client fee updates, and invoices.Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a leading international law firm.Familiarity with legal billing systems and CRM tools.Strong diary and travel management experience, with attention to detail and efficiency.Excellent communication skills, with a confident and professional approach to client interaction.Proactive approach to email and task management, with the ability to prioritise and take initiative. #J-18808-Ljbffr
