Description : Oliver Wyman is seeking to recruit an Office Services Administrator for 12-18 months to join our Middle East office as part of our IMEA (India Middle East Africa) team. The position will be based in Abu Dhabi.Job Overview : We are looking for a highly organized and professional Office Services Administrator to support our Office Services department. The role involves creating a positive environment and managing daily office operations, requiring excellent customer service and administrative skills. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, multitasking ability, and a solid background in office administration.Key Responsibilities : Front Desk Coordination : Greet clients and visitors professionally and direct them appropriately.Maintain a tidy reception area to create a good first impression.Answer and direct calls and inquiries efficiently.Coordinate with IMEA Reception teams for seamless task transition.Client Service : Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and assisting with appointments.Act as liaison between clients and staff, ensuring smooth communication.Administrative Support : Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meetings.Handle internal and external communications professionally.Coordinate business card requests and manage AMEX Corporate Credit Cards.Onboard new suppliers/vendors and negotiate contracts.Process invoices and manage procurement requisitions.Serve as contact for employee issues with BCD Travel and follow up on travel reports.Manage onboarding/offboarding, office directory, and liaise with facilities and building management.IT Support : Provide guest Wi-Fi access and troubleshoot basic IT issues for visitors and staff.Assist with Zoom and audio-visual setups, escalate issues to MMC Tech team.Office Access : Monitor and control office access, manage access cards, and ensure security protocols.Maintain visitor records and manage parking cards and policies.Meeting Room Booking : Manage booking schedules and coordinate catering and setup with facilities.Courier : Manage courier accounts, ensure invoice payments, and handle mail/deliveries.Soft Skills : Attention to detail, flexibility, goal-oriented, proficient in English, organized, interpersonal, team-oriented, and compliance-focused.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook.Knowledge of video conferencing platforms, smart office solutions, i Procurement, and basic HSE policies is a plus.Experience Required : Minimum 3 years in a corporate reception or office administration role, preferably in financial services, management consultancy, or professional services.Oliver Wyman, part of Marsh Mc Lennan, is committed to diversity, inclusion, and flexible work environments, aiming to attract and retain diverse talent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
