Job Description Educated Households is a higher-tier household staff agency, based in London, placing élite educated private staff with VIP & UHNW families in London, the Middle East, and worldwide: www.educated-households.co.uk.On behalf of our international clients based on the prestigious Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, we are urgently seeking two exceptionally experienced live-in Tagalog-speaking Housekeepers with experience in childcare, cooking, and laundry.This is a small semi-formal household, imminently relocating from London to Dubai, with two boys aged 11 & 9 who will start school in Dubai by the end of August 2025.The boys are adorable: kind, active, and adventurous. The languages spoken at home are English, Russian, and French.The family currently has a PA and two rotational nannies. The Principals are likely to work with additional staff including housekeepers, a chef, a driver, a security head/driver, and a butler. More staff may join later. The chef will cater for the family, guests, and staff meals.The family values loyalty, integrity, and strong work ethics, having had staff for 10-20 years.The two Housekeepers will share or have sole charge of the children, reporting directly to the Principals or their representatives. They should work independently and collaboratively, assisting in household management and guest events as instructed.The Housekeepers should work on a binomial basis in this spacious residence: one assisting with cooking, meals, and children, the other focusing on laundry.General duties include: Helping with children (with two nannies on rota)Maintaining household standards Cleaning Managing laundry and ironing Wardrobe management Purchasing household supplies The Housekeepers will share a newly-renovated room with a shared bathroom, located on the beach.The ideal candidates are polite, hardworking, flexible, detail-oriented, and experienced in high-end homes or hospitality, with a commitment to confidentiality.This Dubai-based role starts ASAP, ideally on 25th August 2025.Requirements: Experience in semi-formal, spacious households Background in luxury or 5-star hospitality Child-friendly and culturally aware Meticulous, organized, and an excellent communicator Supportive, approachable, and adaptable to last-minute changes Swimming skills are desirable but not essential Languages: Russian & French are desirable but not essential Benefits: Beachfront lifestyle Shared renovated room Versatile role with stakeholder interaction Visa and medical arrangements handled by the family Work schedule: 6 days per week with a 3-month probation.
