Known for its integrated approach and commitment to quality, the company has set a benchmark for excellence in construction engineering across the region.For more information, visit: https: //waagnerbiro-bridgeservices.com Job Description Direct day-to-day corrective maintenance activities at project site, including daily scheduling and resource management for civil works.Ensure efficient handling of resources, minimize man-hours loss, and coordinate with Site Supervisor/Foreman to complete all works.Assist Project Manager in implementing corrective maintenance works from work order receipt to closure.Follow up and close work orders in compliance with target completion dates.Conduct site inspections, record defects, and propose rectification works.Develop documents such as method statements, cost estimates, and specifications as per BOQ/Contract.Prepare and review joint measurement sheets for submission to RTA upon completion of each CM work.Coordinate with RTA for site issues and undertake joint inspections post-completion.Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of works.Stay updated with new developments in construction and maintenance industries.Track and follow up on work orders created through Maximo software, ensuring timely completion.Qualifications Bachelor of Civil Engineering Minimum of 3 years UAE experience in bridge construction or maintenance projects Valid UAE driving license Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Civil Engineering This job posting is active and available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
