Job Title : Civil Site Engineer Location : Dubai Experience : 1 – 3 Years Salary : Depends Upon Experience Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction projects from initial planning through to completion. The role involves managing on-site activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities : Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure timely project execution.Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed as per approved standards.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations on-site.Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers for smooth project flow.Prepare site progress reports, maintain documentation, and update project timelines.Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues or discrepancies during execution.Manage materials, manpower allocation, and ensure cost control on-site.Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address queries and provide updates.Ensure proper implementation of design modifications and project changes.Essential Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.2 to 5 years of experience in site supervision and civil project execution (freshers with strong internship experience may also be considered).Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant codes.Skills Required : Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Office, and project management software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.Knowledge of site safety protocols and quality control procedures.Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
