Our Client Our client is one of the leading engineering and construction companies operating across the GCC for over 30 years. They offer full-service engineering with a focus on foundations and piling.Role We are looking to hire a Project Manager who will manage the assigned projects and look after all details of executing the project from a construction background.Tasks Adhere to the company’s vision, mission, and values.Prepare project organization structure and workforce planning.Engage in project workforce recruitment and selection.Assign project workforce budgets and completion period.Ensure a proper mobilization of the workforce and materials for each stage of the project.Ensure the availability of the technical aspect along with safety and quality.Ensure policies and procedures are being followed by the project team at all times.Manage the delivery of the Precast Pile element of the project and related technical aspects.To manage client relationships from initial Test Piles through to delivery of the project.Ensure necessary method statements, quality, and safety documentation are developed and approved before the start of work.Ensure Risk Assessment/ Job Hazard analysis is done in advance of commencement of activities, and ensure all preventive control measures are in place.Ensure all shop drawings are produced and submitted for approval on time.Ensure site activities are all coordinated to meet site program requirements, and the construction activities are as per the program.Manage the delivery of the project to meet time, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability targets while ensuring risk is managed and targets are met.Ensure the proactive management of client relationships during delivery to ensure expectations are achieved, including changes to deliverables.Ensure that detailed plans are developed commensurate with the overall project plan in order that material/resources/supply chain can be procured and scheduled appropriately.Gathers details and compiles data to estimate/manage all production costs according to specifications.Manage external Design consultants, drawings, and extensions.Ensure technical drawing evaluation and estimations of each phase of the project.Manage Project elements and analysing completion diagrams and schedules.Prepare a checklist for all project elements and ensure their availability, quality, and cost effectiveness.Follow up on each stage of the project and meet completion deadlines.Delegate the flow of tasks between internal operations and subcontractors/suppliers.Prepare a checklist of all raw materials needed to make sure it’s all ordered.Prepare the project build-up schedule along with project phase preplanning.Monitor on-site processes during the build-up and make sure it is running as per the build-up schedule.Follow up on all ongoing works on site to meet high-quality standards.Attend weekly project meetings and updates.Other related duties assigned by the management.Interacting internally with the Operations Department, the Technical Department, Quality and Safety departments, and Upper management, as well as externally with Clients, Suppliers, and Subcontractors.Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met.Quality of executing projects Reducing cost and increasing efficacy Project Management Quality Control Management Profile & Background Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar position in a consultancy/ piling foundation/ construction firm is a must.PMP/PRINCE II certification is an added advantage.Must possess strong Leadership and Communication Skills.Very good English communication skills are a must, both verbal and written Proven track record in completing complex projects.Solid technical knowledge in software development and digital for projects.Proficient in working with MS Office.UAE driving license.Other Competitive Package Based in Abu Dhabi, UAEONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED. #J-18808-Ljbffr
