As a Pathologist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing diseases and providing vital information to help guide patient treatment and management.Key Responsibilities Perform autopsies to determine cause of death and assist with forensic investigations Conduct microscopic and laboratory analysis of body fluids, tissues, and cells to diagnose diseases and abnormalities Interpret and report test results accurately and efficiently Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients Train and supervise medical laboratory technicians and assist with quality assurance processes Conduct research and stay updated on new advancements and techniques in pathology Adhere to all safety and ethical standards Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology A valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in performing autopsies, microscopic and laboratory analysis, and interpreting test results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Proficiency in using medical software and technology As a Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise to make a positive impact on the lives of patients.We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and a supportive work environment.
