Compliance Specialist - Customer Screening (CSS)Join to apply for the Compliance Specialist - Customer Screening (CSS) role at Dicetek LLC.Responsibilities Perform pre-onboarding reviews of high-risk accounts referred by business units such as PRB, BUB, PSB.Conduct enhanced due diligence activities and customer screening to mitigate compliance and sanctions risks for Retail Banking.Carry out Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on existing customers, new-to-bank customers, from both Safe Watch and investment perspectives.Job Purpose Conduct pre-onboarding reviews of high-risk accounts referred by business units.Perform enhanced due diligence and customer screening to mitigate compliance and sanctions risks.Execute CDD procedures for existing and new customers, focusing on Safe Watch and investment considerations.Job Content Review OWC delisting activities and assist in obtaining GC approvals, measured by TAT adherence.Handle retention cases and participate in special projects.Assist with PEP onboarding, reviews, and annual form updates.Support RBWM units with OWC clearance processes.Assist the High Risk Account Opening Team with operational, control, audit, and compliance actions.Complete QA activities for KYC remediation and ongoing BAU cases.Analyze customer risks through due diligence.Support audit efforts to ensure satisfactory ratings for HRA activities.Implement corrective actions to meet business objectives.Attend mandatory annual training and maintain updated knowledge.Job Specifications Graduate with knowledge of banking, local regulations, and current developments.Minimum 3 years in banking, with experience in operations and compliance.At least 2 years in a relevant compliance or operational role.Proven track record of performance and achievement.Knowledge of compliance policies and procedures.Understanding of banking operations, products, regulations, and risk management.Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of policies, procedures, standards, and legislation related to AML prevention.Additional Details Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Contract Job function: Finance and Sales Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
