Relationship Manager - EDGE (Retail Banking Group)Relationship Manager - EDGE (Retail Banking Group)Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from Commercial Bank International Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management: Drive activation of new CBI Edge clients through new acquisitions, upgrading existing clients, and acting upon New to Bank (NTB) referrals from existing clients.Enhance sales for CBI Edge and cross-sell bank products to existing and potential priority customers.Drive revenue and volume growth through new acquisitions and deepening existing customer relationships.Advise clients on their personal financial needs and objectives by analyzing their financial needs and objectives, recommend suitable in-house "off the shelf" financial solutions, execute clients' instructions and address queries, concerns and issues on their existing banking and financial transactions.Achieve revenue goals and portfolio growth targets across various products and services.Optimize the potential value of the priority customer base through wealth management products and services.Deploy various business acquisition activities and relationship deepening techniques.Resolve client queries and minimize customer attrition by providing quality service.Achieve target customer satisfaction scores.Collaborate with internal and external specialists and support teams to provide tailored solutions.Initiate and collaborate with channel product teams to develop product solutions for CBI Edge Banking customers.Liaison with credit to ensure robust and balanced credit criteria for the segment growth.Compliance and Risk Management: Responsible for conducting financial checks for clients within agreed timelines.Safeguard the bank from potential loss.Perform KYC checks and exercise due diligence to identify and report irregular account activity, money laundering suspicion, fraud cases, etc.Ensure implementation of the customer value proposition in compliance with external and internal regulations and policies.Enforce zero tolerance for non-compliance with KYC and AML regulations.Lead the closure of gaps/lapses identified by audit, risk, and compliance reviews within agreed timeframes.Customers /Stakeholders Manage and resolve customer complaints proactively and in a timely manner. Take ownership for the customer’s purpose of visit to CBI and deliver an effective solution Maintain highest standard of excellence in client service in line with Branch Service Protocol expectations Meet SLAs for all processes where applicable Improve customer experience by collating customer feedback, identifying deficiencies in any area eg. Operational, administrative, processes and competitiveness of products and services vis-à-vis the market Improve customer experience in processes, systems, operations and administration without comprising on business risks by giving suggestions and feedback Enhance competitiveness of products and services to relevant product teams by giving suggestions and feedback Business Processes: Adherence to policies, procedures, and statutory guidelines to minimize bank-wide risks.Practice brand delivery and ensure the delivery of customer promises.Provide "One Stop" Banking Service to CBI customers ensuring efficient execution of requests.Perform any other duties assigned by management consistent with the role. These groupings help to outline the different areas of focus within the role, spanning customer-centric responsibilities, compliance and risk management, and general tasks aligned with the role's objectives.Dotted Line Responsibilities (Branch)Sales Manager will have full authority over the Relationship managers and will work closely with Branch Manager to ensure that all RMs are effectively supporting the branch and the overall group target. Sales manager authority will including but not limited to; setting and approving targeting, approving leave, final performance evaluation, all decision making in authority (Sales operation, Client engagement and Strategies), Resource allocation and enforcing sales policies and procedures.Dotted Line Responsibilities to branch manager Branch Operations Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to ensure sales strategies align with the branch's operational capacities and adapt, as necessary, including complying within the branch risks and compliance requirements.Target/Goals Alignment.
