If you're passionate about connecting exceptional individuals with exciting career opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with our hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define selection criteria.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online channels, such as social platforms and professional networks, to source potential candidates.Interview Planning: Plan and organize interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles and perform technical interviews and assessments to assess their technical knowledge, skills, and proficiency.Technical Expertise: Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure accurate assessment of candidates' capabilities and review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and technical skills.Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about our organization and potential job opportunities, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Job Descriptions: Design: job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect each position’s requirements.Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and skill requirements to align our recruitment efforts with market demand.Talent Pool Management: Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future technical positions and update candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) consistently.Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and technical teams.Status Updates: Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on the status and progress of new hire recruitment.Offer Management: Draft and review employment contracts for new hires, coordinate visa formalities, and logistics to ensure their smooth transition.Candidate Communication: Communicate interview details and logistics to candidates and work closely with HR and hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.Employer Branding: Contribute to building a positive employer brand by effectively communicating our organization's values, culture, and opportunities to candidates.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management or HR.Requirements and Skills: Atleast 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment r or in a similar role.Should have UAE Experience Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.Familiarity with software development, IT, Technology roles Excellent sourcing skills and experience with various recruitment platforms and tools.Ability to assess technical skills and conduct technical interviews.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Analytical mindset to interpret recruitment data and trends.Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet recruitment targets.Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.Adaptability to changing technology and industry trends.Fluency in English.Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.A positive, “can do” attitude.If you are passionate about shaping the future of our organization by bringing in top technical talent, we invite you to join our team at Avrioc Technologies.
