Our commitment to excellence in imaging performance, innovative design, and uncompromising quality ensures our solutions consistently deliver best-in-class imaging, high reliability, and operator satisfaction, to help customers find threats and contraband with ease and confidence.Role Overview Operating as a trusted and solution focused business partner you will work with the UK based HR team to support business leaders with implementation and maintenance of people processes, projects and initiatives and be prepared to challenge the business to ensure best people practices. You will report to the Senior HR Director, ASIA and EMEA.Responsibilities Evaluate, introduce and encourage practices to minimize employee relations issues and provide effective resolutions when issues arise.Manage onboarding and assimilation of new hires.Manage Employee Relations casework Support HR team and business in delivery of HR projects and initiatives Develop and implement actions to maintain and improve employee engagement.Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on best practice in dealing with HR matters.Analyse HR metrics and devise appropriate action plans and solutions.
