Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our event agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in an event agency and will be available for interviews in Dubai. This full-time position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the event industry.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads.Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within an event agency.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Availability to work flexible hours and travel as required.Must be based in Dubai and available for in-person interviews.Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented and results-driven.Creative thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.High level of professionalism and integrity.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
