Since 1999, Jumeirah has been a pioneer in luxury hospitality, renowned for its iconic properties such as the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, beachfront resorts, city hotels, and luxury residences worldwide.About the Job: We are seeking a UAE National, Manager – Project Services to join the Architecture and Spatial Design team within Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main responsibilities include: Supporting the implementation of consistent design and aesthetics across properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards and luxury guest experiences.Assisting with design activities, renovations, and new developments by coordinating between internal teams, designers, and contractors.Monitoring project budgets and resource allocations to support cost-effective execution without compromising quality or timelines.Contributing to planning and layout reviews to ensure functional, efficient, and brand-compliant design solutions.Conducting site inspections and tracking design progress to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and timelines.Assisting in reporting, vendor management, and post-project reviews to refine processes and improve future outcomes.About you: The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related hospitality field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding of design principles and construction processes, and experience with presentation software.Over 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.Proven success in managing design projects from concept to completion.Strong problem-solving, leadership, creativity, attention to detail, and team management skills.Benefits: We offer a competitive tax-free salary paid in AED, along with generous F&B benefits, hotel discounts worldwide, comprehensive health and dental coverage, life insurance, incentive programs, and other employee benefits, making this a highly attractive opportunity within a prestigious luxury brand. #J-18808-Ljbffr
