In this role, you will ensure that Ru Do Digital Wealth adheres to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices. As the Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), you will manage compliance processes, conduct thorough risk assessments, and implement robust compliance strategies to safeguard our clients and the company.Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations (FSRA, ADGM, SCA, etc.) and stay updated on regulatory changes.Compliance Monitoring: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures, including KYC, AML, and CTF programs.Risk Management: Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability, and develop corrective action plans.Internal Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on compliance matters and ensure the integration of compliance policies.Training and Awareness: Develop and conduct compliance training programs for employees, ensuring awareness and adherence to regulatory requirements.Reporting: Prepare and submit timely compliance reports to the FSRA and other regulatory bodies as required.Regulatory Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all regulatory communications and manage relationships with regulators.Transaction Monitoring: Oversee transaction monitoring activities and ensure suspicious activity reports (SARs) are filed promptly.What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in compliance management and regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of FSRA, ADGM, DIFC, and SCA regulations and financial industry best practices.Proven Track Record: Experience in drafting, implementing, and updating compliance policies and procedures.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively train and communicate with internal stakeholders.Certifications: Relevant certifications or qualifications in compliance (e.g., ICA, ACAMS) are highly preferred.Dynamic Work Style: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Financial Instruments Knowledge: Understanding of financial markets, and financial instruments.Why Join Us?Innovative Environment: Be a part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and creativity to redefine wealth management.Career Growth: As an integral part of our team, you will have ample opportunities to grow your career and expand your expertise.Impactful Work: Your role will directly contribute to helping our clients achieve their financial aspirations, driving a meaningful impact.Regulatory Experience: Work in a regulated environment within ADGM, interacting with leading regulatory bodies, and providing rich professional development.Join Us in Our Mission to Simplify Wealth Building If you're a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance and regulatory excellence, we’d love to hear from you!
