We are seeking a motivated and innovative Graduate Transport and Infrastructure Consultant to focus on improving transport and infrastructure projects using analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by AI engineering. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of emerging technologies, innovation, and multidisciplinary infrastructure development, collaborating with regional and global teams to enhance digital workflows and improve our environment. We are looking for someone to be a catalyst for new ways of working.Responsibilities Assess current workflows and identify areas for improvement and innovation.Conduct research on the latest AI technologies and their applications in transport and infrastructure.Collect and analyze data to inform project decisions and AI strategies.Assist in managing research projects, ensuring timely delivery.Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI solutions using Microsoft Azure Sandbox and related tools.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and ensure project success.Prepare reports and presentations on research findings, project progress, and AI strategies.Propose innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency, sustainability, and performance through AI.Work with multidisciplinary teams to improve digital workflows and contribute to environmental sustainability.The candidate will utilize their year with WSP to develop their portfolio, deepen AI engineering knowledge, and implement innovative initiatives to make the business more agile and effective.Qualifications MSc degree in AI, data science, engineering, transport studies, or related field; near graduation is acceptable.Proficiency in AI technologies, data analysis tools, Python or R, and Azure Sandbox.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Passion for leveraging AI to drive innovation in transport and infrastructure.Additional Details Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology Industries: Professional Services This job posting appears active; no indication that it is expired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
