HVAC Technician

It offers luxurious surroundings, modern amenities, and renowned Fairmont service.Job Description Reporting to the Director of Engineering, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Repair, maintain, and install equipment according to departmental procedures.Complete requests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.Maintain chillers, freezers, split units, AHU, fan coils, and cold rooms.Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems and kitchen equipment, pumps, and air conditioning.Take initiative, make decisions in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications Strong knowledge and skills in air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical systems.Ability to multi-task effectively.Experience working with chillers, freezers, split units, AHU, fan coils, and cold rooms.Proficient in English (verbal and written); second language is an asset.Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role with a trade certificate in HVAC (A/C and refrigeration).Skill in repairing and maintaining A/C units, air handling units, fan coils, cold storage, and refrigerators.Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and test equipment.Physical Requirements Frequent standing and walking.Lifting, carrying, kneeling, pushing, pulling, sitting.Occasional climbing ladders, stairs, and ramps.Additional Information Visa Requirements: Must be eligible to work in the UAE.
