With a growing portfolio across the UAE and the UK, we are committed to delivering excellence and maximizing value for property owners and investors.Role Description We are seeking a qualified Senior Property Manager to join our Abu Dhabi team. This full-time, on-site role will focus on managing a diversified real estate portfolio, enhancing asset value, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering top-tier service to clients and tenants.Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily property and asset management operations.Lead tenant relations, property maintenance, and vendor coordination.Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance asset performance.Ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory standards.Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control.Supervise a property management team and monitor service quality.Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property or asset management within the UAE.Proven leadership and team management skills.Strong expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.Proficiency in property management software and tools.Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.Prior experience in a senior-level property management role is highly desirable.Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
