Junior Quality Assurance and Control Engineer Junior Quality Assurance and Control Engineer Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from Land Sterling Talent & People Partner at Land Sterling WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Junior Quality Assurance and Control Engineer, you will support the implementation and maintenance of the project’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all construction activities meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and project specifications. Your responsibilities will include assisting with quality inspections, conducting tests, reviewing documentation such as ITPs and method statements, and verifying materials against approved samples. You will also help identify non-conformances, propose corrective actions, and track their resolution in collaboration with the senior QA/QC team.This role requires strong coordination with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to reinforce quality expectations on-site. You will contribute to regular quality reporting, participate in site meetings, and promote a safety-first culture in all activities.
